Which is bigger? ~Sabrina

Question:  Is 5n  > or =  n^2 ?

My answer: Well, since n is a variable, it can be any number. Let's say n=3. So 5n =15 and 3^2=9. In that case, 5n is in fact larger than n^2. But on the other hand, n can also =5. So 5n=25 and n^2 is also 25. In that case, 5n=n^2. So well, in my opinion, the answer depends on what number n represents.
